World Gym DDO Female managers / cleaning staff walking around men's locker rooms
Having a micropenis changing in gym locker rooms is always stressful however when this gym first opened on more than one occasion the female cleaning staff would walk into the locker room seconds after yelling "cleaning"! .
Barely giving me enough time to cover up. The biggest issue was once the female manager walked right in the locker room with zero warning, nothing and I had just removed my towel.
I don't know if she saw anything but needless to say I didn't show my face there again,joined another gym in the area and let my membership expire. Not certain what necessitated her to walk through the men's locker room unannounced but that can't be normal practice!

World gym DDO did 12 months contacts for my son without any explanation, my son thought he did one month contact but they took signature for 12 months which he was not aware of. Unfortunately he was not able to go even day after registration for four months because of his physical problems in leg.
But when he went after four months they asked for balance due 137 for four months he was shocked becuse he did sign the contract for one month and they took signature for 12 months they didn't even explain about any thing about the contract and not now forcing us to pay I did pay the balance becuse the assistant manager was threatening me that he will send file to collection. I argue with him that how come you guys did the contract with someone without telling them about the length and conditions of the contract and now forcing us to pay for the whole year. Even if we don't want to go in that gym. I want my refund and wanted to cancle that unexplained contract that they did with my 18 years old innocent son .they did cheating instead of one month they did 12 months contact.
I wanted to do legal action and want my refund and cancle the contract with them. Please help to resolve this issue.
On top of the that assistant manager at DDO location is rude and lier was keep changing his statement.

I left and voice message and still no one has called me back to speak to me!! ND I literally just spoke to the same lady I spoke to over a month ago yesterday about making sure to check the email for my address change because u sent it about three ago and she said they didn't get it?
Do I sent it twice yesterday to cancel my account when world gym called me and told me I still had a n evaluation I hadn't done yet.
That was the only way I knew my account was still open...and now my bank account is over withdrawn and I'm getting charges a few through my bank I cannot even begin stress enough that I cannot afford right now! Nor can I afford for my last $50 I had ti last me the next thre days to be gone too!!!

I would like to file a lawsuit against them because they said I owed them money after my contract expired. I kept making payments until I could no longer pay them.
My payments automatically stopped after my contract ended. After my contract expired they said I owe them a remaining balance.
